Meet the Doctors
Dr. Angstreich is a medical oncologist and hematologist at Keck Medicine of USC, who specializes in the treatment of all blood disorders and cancer types.
“When I was growing up, I wanted to be an astronaut. I was, and still am, fascinated by outer space. From a really early age, I just had a love for science, whether it was biology, physics, chemistry or astronomy. And that love of science also coalesced with my deep appreciation for medicine and helping people who are ill get better.”
Dr. Ghani is a medical oncologist at Keck Medicine of USC, who specializes in treating a wide range of blood disorders and cancers.
“My dad always wanted to become a doctor, but he couldn’t afford medical school. When I started this journey, he offered his full support. So, in part, my pursuit of a career in medicine was inspired by my dad, and becoming a doctor helped me make a dream come true for both of us.”
