Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we offer an exchange or store credit under these conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all packaging and tags intact.
  • It is not an “Excluded Product” (e.g., intimate wear).

Repair, Replacement, or Refund
If there’s an issue with your product, we’re here to help:

Minor Issues

  • Products damaged during delivery are covered under our "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) warranty and are eligible for free repair or replacement.
  • For other minor issues identified after delivery, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.

Major Issues

    • If a product has a significant defect or does not match its description, you are entitled to request a replacement or a refund.
    • We will make every effort to replace the item with an identical product. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a full refund for the item will be provided.

How to Return Your Item
Starting a return is easy and can be done within 365 days of receiving your product:
